Fully Equipped Laboratory and Pilot Production
-
Spectroscopy
We have both UV-visible and FTIR spectroscopy that is used routinely to characterise the encapsulated actives as well as incoming raw materials.
-
Chromatography
High Pressure Liquid Chromatography is our standard “go-to” method for characterising critical performances such as active loading, encapsulation efficiency and release rates.
-
Microscopy
Our particles morphology is controlled through both optical and scanning Electron Microscopy. Particle size distributions are analysed in house using laser scattering techniques. We also have access to TEM and confocal microscopy through our partnership with Macquarie University.
-
Electrospinning
Our Electro-spinning apparatus enables us to produce continuous nano fibrous mats containing a wide range of encapsulated bioactive for transdermal delivery.
